Michelle herself is a mother of two children, one who has additional support needs. She is a qualified and very experienced practitioner with over 25 years experience in childcare. She has been manager of two separate private day nurseries over a nine year period. She will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, to include all professional childcare issues, health promotion, staff management, parental satisfaction and quality of service.

Gillian is a mother of three children, and has three grandchildren. She is a qualified and a very experienced practitioner with over 24 years experience in the childcare sector. She has worked previously as a nursery supervisor for over five years. She will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, to include all professional childcare issues, health promotion, staff management, parental satisfaction and quality of service.

Nicola has 25 years experience working in the child care sector. Nicola has managed nurseries for over 5 years. Nicola holds her BA certificate
Hayley Watson
Nursery Supervisor
Hayley has her level 2 and level 3 in childcare and is currently undergoing her level 4 training.
Melissa Watson (no relation to Hayley)
Nursery Supervisor
Melissa has her level 2 and level 3 in childcare.

Staff

Our staff are committed to providing the highest standards of professional childcare and education.  Before beginning employment at Little Dreams Nursery, all staff are thoroughly vetted in accordance with Care Inspectorate (www.careinspectorate.com).

Little Dreams Nursery is committed to providing training and development for all staff including: SVQ 3 and 4 in Early Years Care and Education, First Aid, Child Protection, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and Child Development.

Continued Professional Development (CPD) is also available to all staff through external agencies and In-house.
