snipping About Us – Little Dreams Nursery

Management

Nicola
Manager
I have been the manager at Little Dreams Nursery since January 2019. I have a career spanning over 28 years in childcare and having completed levels 2, 3 and 4 in childcare, as well as a Batchelor of Arts in Childhood Practice, a position in childcare was always my goal from a very young age.
I am passionate about early learning and find it extremely rewarding to see children transition through the various stages of childhood and to work closely with parents and families to assist in this. I love spending time with my family and friends’ children and over the years have become very close with them. I am fun and active with loads of energy and a big personality.

Kelly
Deputy Manager
I have been working at Little Dreams Nursery since August 2017. I have been in childcare for over 10 years and am a mother myself. I have my Level 3 qualification and recently completed my Level 4 qualification (August 2022). I have always had a passion for looking after children and decided to take this career path up a little later in life. I enjoy watching the children grow and develop and being a part of their journey throughout the nursery. I have a great interest in Child Development also.  I really enjoy helping and supporting families, working in partnership with them to help provide the best outcomes for their children. Childcare is a very rewarding job and it’s a privilege to be a part of so many families lives
