🌟 Welcome to Little Dreams Nursery
Hello and welcome! My name is Michelle, and I’m proud to be the Nursery Director here at Little Dreams Nursery. I’ve worked in the childcare sector since 1994, managing several nurseries across Aberdeen before opening Little Dreams in February 2012. In April 2022, I became the sole director, and it’s been an incredible journey filled with joyful moments, inspiring children, and wonderful families.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to meet so many amazing children and parents—those connections remain one of the most rewarding parts of my career. While I’m not in the nursery every day (I do miss it! 😔), I stay closely connected through daily contact with our brilliant management team, Nicola and Kelly. They lead our staff team and ensure the nursery runs smoothly and with heart.
I make it a point to visit the nursery at least once a week, and it’s always a highlight to spend time with the children—watching them grow, learn, and thrive. I also love catching up with parents, whether in person or via email (I am guilty of replying during evenings and weekends—yes, I’ve been told off for that! 😅).
But enough about me—let’s talk about what makes Little Dreams special.

At Little Dreams Nursery, our goal is simple: to provide high-quality childcare and early education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a relaxed, nurturing, and stimulating environment. We believe every child deserves the best start in life, and we’re committed to making that happen.
Since opening our doors in 2012, we’ve been on a continuous journey of growth and learning—working hand-in-hand with our dedicated staff, governing bodies, supportive parents, and, most importantly, the incredible children who inspire us every day. Our journey is ongoing, and we’re always striving to raise the bar in care and education.
