Enrolment

We would always recommend that you view the nursery before making your final decision to place your child with us.  Following your visit to Little Dreams Nursery the process of enrolment is as follows:  We will check our availability to ensure the days or sessions you require are available.  If your required sessions are available we will issue you with the Enrolment form, Consent Form and all About Me Form for you to complete with your child’s personal information.

If your required days or sessions are unavailable you can elect to place your child on our Waiting List.  Our Waiting List operates on a ‘first come, first served’ basis however priority is given to children who currently have siblings attending Little Dreams Nursery.

Upon receipt of the above forms and deposit, we will confirm your nursery place with you, in writing.

You will be invoiced monthly in advance. Our only method of payment is Direct Debit and/or Employers Childcare Vouchers.

Nursery fees will be payable by the 3rd of each month.  You will incur a 10% charge on top of your fees if payments are late, unless agreed by management team.

Childcare Tax Credits

You may be able to apply for Tax Credits to help with your childcare costs.  To find out if you are eligible contact:

Employers Childcare Vouchers

Little Dreams Nursery also accepts childcare vouchers which may be available from your employer towards the cost of your nursery fees. The vouchers are a financial benefit as they are exempt from tax and national insurance payments, therefore the tax and national insurance amount is calculated after the voucher amount has been deducted from your salary. From April 2007 the maximum amount you can receive in vouchers is £55 per week or £243 per month. If your employer is not already aware of the childcare vouchers scheme, you and your employer can find more information about childcare vouchers from:

Emergency Places

Should you require extra days/sessions for your child at short notice, perhaps due to illness, bereavement or work commitments, we will make every effort to accommodate your request if there is an available place in your child’s age group.  These emergency sessions are charged at the normal nursery rate.
